Scattered across the city are numerous locations that used correctly could be a great asset to the City.
Let take the Old Rank Hovis mill on the Banks of the River Hull it is a great structure and could be put to some sort of use but what.?
I have a few ideas
- A national museum/or annex possible on transport after all there are national museums outside of London something like the Royal armouries in Leeds would help regenerate that area for one and if done right create more tourism.
- As a expansion of Hull Street life Museum (With the Scale street bridge and the river walk ways it only 5 mins from the museum quarter
- A art Gallery of some sorts
I have a blog on the website about this idea www.clark-trading.co.uk/blog.html Some sort of Welcoming statue along the A63
An aircraft carrier lets bring it to Hull HMS Illustrious as a museum ship (there is a campaign to do this already)
Possible in connection with my First idea
