Loads of reasons Hull is city of Culture

Clark trading is based in Hull East Yorkshire and proud of our city and was fully behind the City culture bid from Early on and have done plenty of blogs on the website. And On Hull in General including it History 

Here are just a few reason 
  1. Hull was home of Poet Andrew Marvell 
  2. Adopted home of Poet Phillip Larkin 
  3. The first Black male in the world to captain a national team in a representative sport was Clive Sullivan who played for both Hull FC And Hull Kr 
  4. The most successful milleum project is the Deep based in Hull and it has just been voted by a Canadian magazine 2nd best in the World 
  5. Ho,e to a Premier league football Club Hull City Afc (not Hull Tigers there is a blog on this topic) 2 Super league Rugby Clubs and a premier league Ice Hockey Club and Olympic medal winning undefeated boxer in Luke Campbell So we are good on the sports front 
  6. All the council owned museums are free and there are 7 of them including the Artic cossiar a vessel on the Historic ships register as been of national importance 
  7. The home of the anti Slave campaigner and Hull MP William Wilberforce
