If a business was not preforming because of the staff  who would go the bad staff member of the manager? In sports it is the manager who go first not the players who are the workers the ones who are playing the game. Yes a bad manager who can not get the best out of the players is a bad manager and should go but often this does not seem to be the case in sports it seems to be the team are not preforming so sack the manager. No it should be why are the team not preforming is it the manager the players or other factor out of both groups hands.
In the world of business the managers an supervisors are paid more than the work force not in sports and this can create an unhealthy atmosphere were the player are bigger than the manager and make them harder to manage fr the manager. This can cause problems for the managers.

The players are often the problem as much as a manager in an under preforming team but only the managers lose their jobs is this fair?
And often are they given sufficient time to make improvement and get the most out of the team in general?
