Customer care pledge 2.0

I am proud of our team who's attitude is to go that extra mile each and every time. As I have previously said we aim not to meet but exceed your expectations each and every time. As I see it all company are trying to meet it why you should aim to exceed it, otherwise what is the point. By setting our standards high we can use them to both motivate and drive us to that all important goal of a very happy customer. And this thought out the business in the retail and logistics wing. Today and forever. That is my customer care pledge


And as a small independently owned and operated company we:

  1. Don't have an automated call system 
  2. Or oversea one either (UK based company you ring you get us directly) (no 3rd parties)
  3. You can if you ring get straight though to a person 
  4. in fact a owner 
  5. No been passed from pillow to post with numerous departments
