Charity operations Q and A
Q what is the main reason you as a company support Dove House Hospice ?
A
To cut a long story short they supported a family member during their last months when they were dying from cancer.
Q What do you do to support them ?
A For one we are organising a walk from Goole to Hull in aid of them more details via this link
We have a collection tub which I personally put at least £1 s a week in
And we blog about them as often as possible.
Q for how long will you support them?
A for as long as need so simply until all terminal illness are gone and Dove house are not need not before that day.
Q how long have you supported them as a company?
A since September 2013. Over 1 year now
Q What was the first thing you did to support the?
A not sure if it was a blog about them or taking part in the help the hospice campaign
Q have you any fundraising goal?
A no figure just to help raise more fund each year from the last.
Q are you on target to meet that goal for 2014?
A already meet and exceed that goal I am pleased to say
Q Do you support any other charities ?
A In the same way as Dove house no but at the min sort (November) spreading the poppy message

Why are you doing the #charitychallengewalk ?
So what are the reason behind the Goole to Hull #charitychallengewalk ?
Well lets start with a little background
(We all know who and what Dove house hospice are, and there are hundreds of reason people choice to support them each as unique as it is the same)
It is personal is the short version, cancer has claimed the lives of family members who the hospice cared for in their last months it really is that simple a personal connection to the hospice and it work.
I am going to support Dove house to my last breath or all terminal illness are beaten which ever comes first.
I am proud to make that statement and stand by it with all my might both personally and PROFESSIONALLY. I/we (The company) have been supporting Dove house now activley for over 1 year since late September 2013 blogging, collection tubs etc. And this is a natural STEP UP.
I love walking/hiking so a walking challenge was also a natural way to go about this event.
