Working in the Road transport industry it can involve long hours of in my case sitting at my desk laptop and not much moving about ( not a problem our delivery team have ) as a result I have set myself a target of at least 10,000 a day step

And bear in mind the average person only does 2000-3000 steps a days but that is around a mile in total

So far today since I started tracking I have racked up 9440 steps
At last count @ 21:51 = 10441
